rising sun chair

During the Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia a quote is attributed to Franklin on the meaning of the carved sun in the speaker's chair. Paraphrasing; it goes something like this, ' is it a rising or a setting sun?'

There have been many reproductions made of this chair and I'm looking for these. If there is anyone out there with information I'd appreciate hearing from you.
